Alyse Powell, CPM, LM-Idaho, is a certified professional midwife and the founder of her own midwifery practice, bringing nearly a decade of dedicated birth work experience to the families she serves. Her journey into midwifery began with a deep passion for holistic care and client-centered support, and has grown into a career built on trust, compassion, and clinical excellence. Alyse earned her degree from the Midwives College of Utah, graduating in 2023. She became a Certified Professional Midwife (CPM) the same year and obtained her Idaho state license in 2024. Her training combines rigorous academic education with extensive hands-on experience, providing essential pregnancy support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.

Alyse spent the last 2 years working at a busy birth center in the heart of Nampa, ID, and is looking forward to returning to Kansas and slowing down to build deeper connections and personal relationships with her community and clients. As both a practitioner and a business owner, Alyse is committed to informed choice, respectful care, and honoring the unique journey of each birthing person. She offers personalized midwifery services rooted in evidence-based practices and the belief that birth is a powerful, transformative experience.

In addition to her work as a midwife, Alyse is a homeschooling mom of five. She finds balance and inspiration in nature, dancing, and the rhythms of family life—experiences that shape her grounded, compassionate presence with the families she serves.
