At Genesis Midwifery, I believe that every woman deserves access to compassionate, high-quality homebirth care, regardless of income level. That’s why I offer services based on a global fee structure, with sliding scale options for those who qualify.

The global fee includes comprehensive midwifery care throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum period:

• Prenatal visits (in-home or in-office), including 
• All standard lab work and screenings performed in-house
• 24/7 on-call support starting at 37 weeks
• Labor and homebirth attendance
• Immediate postpartum and newborn care
• Postpartum follow-up visits through 6 weeks
   

You receive continuity of care from someone who knows you — not a rotating list of providers.

I honor that every family’s financial situation is different. If you are committed to homebirth and aligned with the care I provide, please don’t let cost be a barrier. A limited number of sliding scale or flexible payment plans are available each year for those who qualify.
